This policy explains which personal data we process when you visit this website or contact us, why we process it, and which rights you have. It is based on the State of Qatar's Law No. (13) of 2016 on the Protection of Personal Data Privacy (PDPPL).

When you use our contact form, we process the information you provide: name, work email, company, phone number (optional), project type and your message. When you email us directly, we process your email address and the content of your message.

Enquiries from the contact form are sent by email to our mailbox hello@nexaurai.com, and you receive an automatic email confirming that we have received your enquiry. We use this information only to answer your enquiry and, if you wish, to prepare and carry out a collaboration. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

To protect the form against spam and abuse, submissions are checked automatically. For this purpose we briefly store technical data such as a pseudonymised (one-way encrypted) IP address and the time of the request; it is deleted automatically after no more than a few days. Your browser also performs a short, invisible security calculation. No cookies or third-party services are used for this.

We keep enquiries only as long as necessary to answer them and handle any follow-up questions. If no business relationship results, we delete your enquiry no later than 12 months after our last contact with you.

If a business relationship results, we keep the related correspondence for the duration of that relationship and for as long as legal retention obligations require.

The website offers an optional AI assistant that answers questions about Nexaurai. If you use it, the questions you type and the conversation so far are sent to OpenAI to generate the answers. The assistant only answers from the content of this website. Please do not enter personal or confidential information.

We have configured the service so that conversations are not saved in OpenAI's response storage, and we do not store the conversations on our own server. To answer common questions faster, the answer to a first question may be kept on our server for up to 30 days, linked only to a coded fingerprint of the question, never to you; questions that look like they contain an email address, long number or link are never kept. According to OpenAI, data sent through its API is not used to train its models without consent. OpenAI may process the data outside Qatar, including in the USA. To prevent abuse, we briefly keep technical counters with a pseudonymised IP address, which are deleted automatically after no more than a few days. Using the assistant is voluntary; you can always contact us directly instead.

If you book a call through our online booking page, you are taken to Google Calendar, a service of Google. The details you enter there (such as your name, email address and the chosen time) are processed by Google and shared with us so that we can hold the call. Google's privacy policy applies to that page.

This website is hosted by Hostinger, which processes data on our behalf as a service provider. When you visit the website, technically necessary data is processed to deliver the pages and keep them secure: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page and your browser type.

This log data is used only for operating and securing the website and is retained for a limited period. The hosting servers may be located outside Qatar; we rely on our provider's security measures and contractual commitments to protect this data.

This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics or advertising tools. Fonts are delivered from our own server, so visiting the website does not send your data to Google or other font providers. When an Arabic version is available and you choose a language, a small cookie (nx_lang) will remember your choice for one year. It contains only the language code and is not used for any other purpose.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. The website is delivered over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).

Under Qatar's data protection law you may ask us which personal data we hold about you and request a copy, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw your consent, and object to processing that is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
